Settings
The Settings page in the Admin area contains organization-level configuration for your Optra Edge deployment.
Maintenance Window
The Maintenance Window setting controls when the portal automatically applies firmware updates and skill syncs to all devices in the organization. The summary row shows the currently configured schedule, or a prompt to configure one if none is set.

| Row summary | Displays the current schedule (day, time range, and timezone) when a window is configured |
| Toggle | Enables or disables the maintenance window without opening the editor. The toggle is disabled if no window is configured yet. |
| Row click | Opens the maintenance window editor to configure or update the schedule |
To configure the organization-level maintenance window:
- Navigate to Admin → Settings.
- Click the Maintenance Window row to open the editor.
- Set the desired day, hour, timezone, and firmware channel.
- Toggle Enable Maintenance Window on.
- Click Save.
The organization-level window applies to all devices that do not have a device-level maintenance window configured. Individual devices can override this schedule — or opt out entirely — from their own Device Settings.
