Reports
The Reports page shows the organization audit trail — a chronological log of significant actions taken by users and the system within your organization. Use it to investigate changes, review activity over time, or audit user behavior.
Who can access Reports
Users with the Admin role can access the Reports page.
Viewing the audit trail
The audit trail table lists events in reverse-chronological order. Each row shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Actor | The user or system process that performed the action |
| Action | A description of what was done (e.g., device updated, user invited, workflow deployed) |
| Date/Time | When the action occurred |
Filtering and searching
Two controls above the table help you narrow down the audit trail:
- Search — Filter events by actor name or action description. Results update as you type.
- Date Range — Click the Date Range button to open a date picker and limit events to a specific time window. A date range chip appears when a filter is active; click it to clear.
