Billing

The Billing page shows your organization's credit balance, estimated monthly usage, and transaction history. It is only available to organizations on a credit-based pricing plan.

note

If your organization uses a custom pricing plan instead of credits, the Billing page displays a notice that credits are not applicable.

Who can access Billing

  • Admin and Billing Admin roles can view the Billing page and add credits.
  • The Add Credits button is only visible to users with the Admin or Billing Admin role.

Credit balance

The top section of the Billing page shows:

ElementDescription
Current balanceThe number of credits remaining in your organization's account
Estimated monthly usageA projection of credit consumption based on recent activity. When 90 or more days of usage data are available, the estimate is calculated over that full period for accuracy.
Low balance warningA warning badge appears when the current balance is below the estimated monthly usage
Add CreditsOpens the credit purchase flow (visible to Admin and Billing Admin roles only)

Transaction history

Below the balance card, the Billing page shows a scrollable list of all credit transactions — both incoming credit additions and outgoing usage charges.

Each transaction shows:

FieldDescription
DateWhen the transaction was processed or is scheduled to process
AmountCredit amount with a + prefix for additions and no prefix (negative) for charges
DescriptionA human-readable label for the transaction, often including the device serial number or skill name that generated the charge

Transaction types

IconTypeDescription
Arrows (cycling)RecurringA scheduled recurring charge, typically a per-device usage fee
CoinsOne-timeA one-time credit addition or deduction

Upcoming transactions that have not yet been processed appear with a pulsing icon to distinguish them from settled entries.

Device transaction detail

Recurring transactions tied to a specific device are clickable and open a detail view showing that device's billing history.

Adding credits

  1. Navigate to Admin → Billing.
  2. Click Add Credits.
  3. Follow the purchase flow to select an amount and complete payment.

Credits are added to your balance immediately after the transaction is confirmed.

tip

Monitor your balance regularly and add credits before it drops below your estimated monthly usage to avoid any service interruptions.
