User Profile

Your profile page is where you manage your personal account settings, preferences, and appearance. It is accessible to every user regardless of role.

Opening your profile

Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the portal navigation bar. You will be taken to your profile page (/profile).

Profile header

The header card at the top of the page displays your core account information and provides quick access to key actions.

ElementDescription
AvatarYour profile image
Display nameYour full name as shown to others in the organization
Email addressYour account email address (read-only)
Enable MFA toggleTurn multi-factor authentication on or off for your account
Organization switcherSwitch between organizations or create a new one
Log OutSigns you out (prompts for confirmation)
API KeysManage API keys for your personal account (visible on personal accounts when the feature is enabled)

MFA toggle

The Enable MFA toggle controls whether MFA is active on your account. If the toggle is grayed out and cannot be changed, your organization has MFA enforcement enabled and MFA cannot be disabled. See MFA for more details.

API Keys

The API Keys button in the profile header is only visible when you are viewing a personal account and your organization has the API Keys feature enabled. For organization-scoped API key management, see API Keys.

Switching organizations

The organization switcher dropdown in the profile header lets you move between any organizations you belong to.

  1. Click the organization switcher dropdown in the profile header.

  2. Select the organization you want to switch to. The portal reloads in the context of the selected organization.

Creating a new organization

At the bottom of the organization switcher dropdown, a Create Organization option is available. A counter (for example, 1/3) shows how many personally-owned organizations you have created out of the maximum of 3.

note

You can be a member of more organizations than 3 — the 3-organization limit applies only to organizations you personally own (i.e., organizations you created).

Editing your organization

If you are currently viewing a non-personal organization and you have the Admin role, a pencil icon appears next to the organization name in the switcher. Click it to open the organization settings editor.

Notification preferences

The Display Toast Notifications toggle controls whether action confirmations and status updates appear as pop-up toast messages in the portal.

SettingBehavior
On (default)Brief toast messages appear after actions such as saving a setting or deploying a workflow
OffToast messages are suppressed; actions still complete normally

Turn this off if you find the notifications distracting.

Theme

The Theme setting controls the color scheme of the portal. Three options are available:

OptionBehavior
SystemAutomatically matches your operating system or browser's dark/light mode preference
LightAlways uses the light color scheme
DarkAlways uses the dark color scheme

Click an option to apply it immediately. Your preference is saved to your profile.

Pinned home page

The Pinned Home Page section is only visible if you have previously pinned a page as your default landing page when you log in.

When a page is pinned, the portal navigates directly to that page after login instead of the default landing page. To remove the pin:

  1. Locate the Pinned Home Page section on your profile page.
  2. Click Unpin.

The portal will return to its default landing page behavior on your next login.

Credits

The Credits section is only visible for organizations on a credit-based pricing plan. If your organization uses a different plan, this section will not appear.

ElementDescription
Current balanceThe number of credits remaining in your organization's account
Estimated monthly usageA projection of credit consumption based on recent activity
Recent transactionsA summary of recent credit usage and additions
View All TransactionsOpens the full transaction history
Add CreditsOpens the credit purchase flow (visible to Admin and Billing Admin roles only)
tip

If you need to purchase credits but do not see the Add Credits button, you may need the Billing Admin or Admin role. Contact your organization administrator.

Chart data exports

The Chart Data Export section lets you export raw chart data for a selected date range. This section may not be visible for all organization configurations.

Exporting data

  1. In the Chart Data Export section, use the date range picker to select the start and end dates for the export.
  2. Click Export.

The export runs as a background job. You do not need to keep the page open while it processes.

Export history

The export history table shows your last 5 exports and their current status:

StatusDescription
In ProgressThe export job is still running
DownloadThe export is complete; click Download to retrieve the file
Timed OutThe export did not complete within the allowed time; try again with a smaller date range

Completed exports are available for download for a limited time. Download your file promptly after the export finishes.
